I would like these accepted on the grounds that an officer shot @Ace Carter while he was in critical in the head without trying to CPR him. I believe these items should be refunded because he would have been revived as there were 8 other police on scene. I believe since the officer took his life, it robbed him of the chance to raid PD locker for the items back.

Denied. We do not refund items you "could have" had. You lost the items legitimately in roleplay. In the future, ask a staff member to be revived and proceed with the arrest, and/or to then raid the PD, based on the circumstances.
