What happened: We had a hostage in the gas station and then swat tried to shoot a grenade launcher into the gas station not valuing the hostages life and a staff member voided the raid and told me to make a refund request

What do you need refunded: Honeybadger, 4 Lockpicks, A Holster, Kevlar with helmet

I can confirm the Honeybadger, 1 Lockpick, Holster and Kevlar & Helmet. They had a hostage police for some reason called it out over the radio as not ziptied which it was ziptied and then proceeded to try to fire a grenade launcher at them causing a shootout.
