@sharkKilleR If you have not received your refund you need to contact the person who accepted your refund request.

Furthermore, for both of your refund requests you have a moderator as evidence, which is something that cannot be refunded for (in certain exceptions it is). I have to decline this one because it's only 1 ziptie and the only reason I accepted the previous one is because I understand the frustration, first time you lose things and have no evidence. But this one i have to decline since it's a second refund request without evidence (apart from a moderator). Check the bot once again for your previous refund request because I'm going to re-entry it.
