What happened: Was escaping from a bank raid and the car despawned. @Shimax ツ said if I could raid PD successfully I could get the items back, and we did.

I can confirm that items listed need refunding

The situation: They fled from a bank raid and the owner of the car they stole disconnected, resulting their death. We agreed that the best course of action was to assume that they were knocked into critical and captured and still had the opportunity to get the items back. A successful raid of the PD would mean that they could get their lost items back. The money from the bank raid was therefore not considered.
