What happened: I was in the casino and I was about to bet 50k on red. it showed on my screen that it was going to bet it on red but it then wasn't and it made me lose my 50k.

Unfortunately, this does not meet the criteria provided for a refund. Therefore, this request is denied, the bet still went through, understandably, it didn't go to the spot you wanted but you still had placed a bet and had a chance to win. It also is not a server-side issue seeing as the system is working as intended, you just have to be more careful with your mouse cursor / movement when placing bets. If you find any issues with this ruling, please contact a Server Director or a member of the Community Management team.
