What happened: we were fleeing a house that was about to be swat raided in a fnf and we were shot at and i was put in the disorientated state but as i got up i saw a bag on the floor and when i checked my inv all my illegal items had dropped and like 3 different people i dont know took all my stuff. i reported it and was told i was first put in crit and then it changed to disorientated so i assume it was a glitch idk if you can refund because of this but i feel like it was unfair

What do you need refunded: G36C(eotech552 and foregrip) 32lsd, 32lsd, mini fridge, kev and helmet and 4 small medkits

Unfortunately we cannot refund items without the appropriate evidence provided. Furthermore, you need to make a report and have an Mod / Admin take the sit and verify the items that were lost, whether they are returned or deleted. Denied.

1. You must provide valid evidence of your items. Statements from others is not valid evidence. This means you must get into the habit of taking screenshots of your inventory, purchases, etc. We do not keep logs for people to use as evidence for a refund request.
2. Remember to have a before and after screenshot or a video ready for your lost things.
