What happened: I was renting Outskirts #1 when Derek Jones (Potato) raided me. He shot at me immediately, I surrendered, and he still killed me. By the time an admin had got to the ticket due to the event, it was an hour and a half later and the guy was long gone. @Zapping5 took the ticket and told me I should post a refund request since Potato RDM'd during the raid.

What do you need refunded: Coal Ore x26, Gold Ore x44, Workbench, Kevlar & Helmet, Lockpick
