I can confirm this, he did lose a KSG, it wasn't in the evidence locker anymore. The warden admitted that he really didn't know why he killed glendal, after looking back at it. Warden just said he was in a tense gunfight, and didn't have any time to evaluate who is who. The sit was very quick since the warden admitted he did shoot glendal for standing still in a fight that had erupted.
