What happened: Ive had this copper in my mono-market since the really old OG market like 4 years ago. And when they changed the amount of items you can post each, I've been unable to claim the copper since. Multiple bug reports im pretty sure have been made about it but nothing's ever been done to fix it.

What do you need refunded: 256 copper ore? 384 copper ore? 256/384 doesn't really tell you much...

The evidence you have supplied is clearly outdated and not recorded within a reasonable threshold for review. It is also clear you do not know the amount in which you would like to be refunded nor would referencing the logs on item transfer be feasible considering the length (4 years). As per Refund Rules #4 and #14 your request is denied. If you still have this ongoing issue, please create a support ticket with recent evidence.
