What happened: I was raiding and one of the memebers rolled up late and killed me you can see everything i lost in the
video i had a sit @CheeseBalls already said he was in the wrong and he told me to make a refund request

What do you need refunded: I lost my armour and a ACR with a suppresor laser and an acog.

As you can see in the video somebody did run up behind him and mow him down, however a mistake that I made was to check if he was a detective or not at the time. Tyler checked logs last night and i'm not sure if he was or not. If he was not a detective then this is a valid request. His name was Alex Viera / Galaxy Mist.

The weapon locker only gives pistols to detectives, however they may equip any personal weapon that they own to use while being a detective.

Rule 5.2.3 #8:

Detectives are allowed to equip and use any weapon of their choice while on duty.

I'm going to download logs right now and look into this, so we can get this problem solved.

If he joined the police force and did not leave the police force or disconnect and reconnect prior to killing you, that means he was a cop (detective) at the time of killing you. With that being said since tyler is checking the logs, if he doesn't see anything suggesting otherwise the kill on you would be valid, and this report denied. For now just wait and see what tyler finds within those logs and if he accepts for denied this request. @Tyler (If you are sure he was killed by a detective close it or let us know so we can resolve this request).

Either way, I don't see the evidence provided as enough proof, as all we see is you getting killed from behind. You could be killed by a detective, civilian, lieutenant, chief, or anyone. @Bryan1504 I'll leave it to you or Eliass to handle this.

Can i ask why you were hanging out at your Organization's base as a detective. I'm pretty sure you cant be a corrupt detective. You said you were behind me the whole time and in the video you can see the pyhs gun behind me when i was in 3rd person.

[5.2.3] Police Detective Rules
Detectives are allowed to perform certain illegal activities such as growing and doing illegal substances with other people as long as they immediately report these to the police to bust them. You may also perform in raids with permission from Lieutenants or the Chief. During these activities you have to assist the police officers to catch the criminals. The detective can not be charged for performing these illegal activities.
This rule shows that I can do illegal things without a place restriction as long as I report it, therefore I'm allowed to base inside as long I report illegal activity that is happening.


In no rule does it state that I cant be inside my org's detective so I really don't understand what your point is.

Please read my whole message as this is the third time I'm quoting it.

I can explain it to you so you understand the logs.

1. Alex Viera / Galaxy Mist becomes a Police job (any rank, it just says Police in logs)
2. Alex Viera / Galaxy Mist kills you.
3. Time between is 16 minutes, he was a cop when he killed you.

This isn't an argument thread, this is a refund request. If you feel that he broke a rule, you may refer to the player reports section of the forums.

With this being proven by logs multiple times, this refund is invalid, and therefore denied.
