What do you need refunded:
Well, the server got rolled back, the only proof of evidence I had of my level was this screenshot of my sitting in the passenger seat of Mayor's limo as an SS agent, which is a level 35 job only.
I lost more than player levels, I also lost 22 police levels, 40k and my Navy Blue Suit. But of course, I don't have a screenshot of that since I didn't anticipate any rollbacks.
