What happened: A cop broke fearrp and my gun got confiscated so i couldn't get it back

The gun was mindged grabbed and when i went to return the weapon i was a police officer and it was accidently confinscated and in an attempt to get it brought lester to the evodence locker where it could not be retrieved.
