Date and time of loss: Around 4AM Sept 21 MST TIME
What happened: Initially a man refuses to comply with being put under fearrp an then lead us to being chased by cops, later I was ran over by an ambulance car while he was poorly driving around then i was arrest and lost my items. here is the FULL video of what happened within that situation. as shown from the video the whole situation should have been voided. due to the player not following our orders.
What do you need refunded: Desert Eagle 1x Kevlar and Helmet 1x Holster 1x

Reason: Your refund request does not meet the requirements set within our refund request guidelines. In order to claim a refund from an IC situation that is a rule break you are required to have permission from the staff member who dealt with the rule break. If you did not make a report and a staff did not give you permission to make a request for this situations, then this situation is considered handled in character. If you did make a report and got permission for this exact situation then you can remake this refund request with the staff member tagged, so they can confirm that they gave permission. The only exception to this is in regards to server-side issues such as bugs or server-side crashes.

If you believe the items were lost as the result of a rule break, make sure to make a player report and have a staff member confirm the loss of the appropriate items.
