I can confirm the validity of this refund request provided @Weedle shows proof that at the time of arrest, he or @evhn had an xm8 on their body as there were no logs showing that it was confiscated. @Weedle shared clips with me over discord that proved he was VDM'd, but has yet to provide evidence that he had an xm8 confiscated off him.
