Request Reason: An officer was found batoning a random civ in my bank as I was SG. When told to stop, they told me not to worry about it. Although, I told them to stop their actions and go away. Another officer then includes themselves within the situation and threatens me saying put the gun down, so I did put it in safety, which is in a non-hostile position. They then go and taze me only to mess with me. Even after this, I told them to both get out, but they disregard and linger longer in the bank. Eventually I just leave to another location for them practically minging at that point, and any conflict with guns pointed would land me in jail as the Captain was AFK.

Side note - Aspect took my ticket, but closed it twice without any discussion or notice of resolution. Not sure what happened there.


Also Kira already seems to have a listed history with PD Abuse, so it just seems they're getting on to create yet another minge spree in continuation to whatever they did last time, but unsure.

Hello,

To start of my response I will explain what actually happened. At the start of the recording, you can see Kira battoning what you call a "random civ". This is actually a detective that is also friends with me and Kira and he was just messing around for fun. It clearly shows that he is a detective at the time stamp 1:36.

After I enter the bank and I see Kira battoning my friend I go up to him and try to batton him as a joke and then I see you pointing your gun to his body. At this point I aim my service gun at you and give you some time to put your gun down. This is due to you pointing a gun to a detective while he is unconcious. You proceed to put your gun on safety and I then go and tased you due to not "putting your gun down". This is my mistake as by exclaiming "put your gun down" I meant for you to put the gun on your back as if you didnt have it in your hands.

You said that " I told them to both get out, but they disregard and linger longer in the bank." but you can clearly see at the time stamp 2:06 that I leave the bank and try to communicate with the captain about the situation.

To conclude, I did not minge at any point. You said that the reason that I tased you was "only to mess with me" but it was actually my mistake for not making my demands clear.

1. Law Enforcement may not abuse the taser. You must have a valid reason to taze a player. You may deploy your taser during a gunfight or active shootout to take down criminals if they are not directly facing or shooting at you.

I had a valid reason to taze you but it just wasn't explained well from my part for which I truly apologize.`

Initially, Kira broke

• RDM - Random Deathmatch - The process of killing people without valid In-Character reasons.

The instance occurred in my bank, for my actions, they were validated as I didn't know the user who was taken down. Thus I didn't know they were "Messing Around". Yet aside from that, you guys did linger in a Private Property even when asked to leave directly and to not return as there was no situation as per rule

1. Security Guards may assist civilians in need and protect them within their allocated area of patrol. They are required to call the Police Department or Sheriff's Department for active investigation and hand over the scene.

Since there was no instance that Officers were required anymore, as the person who got batoned had died. You can also see me spamming /gov just to get the Captain's attention to get you to leave, but both failed at the end. Basically fortifying multiple attempts to escort you out, but all met with deaf ears.

Also, for reference, you were in a public area but one that is guarded as a Private Establishment, and when told to leave a law abiding officer must comply. Otherwise they're deemed corrupt and possibly gaining hostility to the security team holding their ground there as trespassing is a valid crime. Meaning that leaving and coming back would be treated as trespassing. As stated within the rules here.

To start this off, @Kris you mention that you were not minging; however, your own explanation of the situation shows otherwise. As officers of the law you are meant to be professional, not battoning each other for "jokes" or causing problems with other agencies. Security guards believe it or not actually have the power to kick you out of the bank and trespass you off the property, which you failed to abide by as well. When you told the security to put his gun down there was no need to tase him when he put it on safety, since it is his area of patrol, he is allowed to put his gun on safety. @Little Luck @Kris you guys minged around and caused a situation which was not needed, as a result:
