Reason for Report:So it all started with a pd raid i respond to the call get on scene and start moving out to the garage where the last suspect was called out to be, i entered the garage and swung a trash bin where the last suspect was hiding and he was crouched and i couldnt clearly see what he was holding or doing, for all i knew he was a cop killer who was a big danger to my life and others, i swung the bin and shot him once with a shotgun which got him down. Now straight after that the assistant chief 'aziel' started asking me "why did you do that and kill him" "there was 5 of us holding guns on him" which the only cops i saw was me and him as i swung the bin. And he then just straight up says "your getting demoted to officer" and i get what i did in his eyes was wrong but it was just a mistake and i thought i did what was right. i was obviously upset about this as i spent a lot of time trying to get senior officer and i think i've been pretty decent at the job. Then i start waiting for my hours to go up so i can get sergeant. I get it pass the whitelist and join. i respond to a robbery as im being shot i get downed. I wait a minute then Aziel starts to PM me saying "why are you sergeant" "i demoted you for a reason" "you are demoted as a cop for a week" these texts happened around 11:55pm AWST i believe during the robbery i responded too as i was downed. This is just wrong, im sorry i made a mistake but he keeps harrassing me about it. I spent my time for those hours to get to where i am. not to just get flamed by a higher up who takes a shot at the 16yr old. I believe in his eyes what i did was a mistake but i dont think im being treated fairly as he probably would other officers who are a lot older than me. He is taking this too far and i dont believe i should get demoted for that. And i hope i dont get demoted from sergeant for a week as i've already been playing the server grinding for a week. I think he should be a teacher and role model to the entire police force not if you make a mistake you get demoted.
