Your Steam Name: My Dime Is Up

Your Steam ID:STEAM_0:1:110286191

Your Character Name (If Applicable): Nick Fockerson

Admin being reported: @ItsTinyRick

Reason for Report: Staff Corruption

Time of Occurrence: ~10:10 PM

Evidence to support your claim: First to explain why I am reporting Max Deulca. He interfered with an RP situation by either being corrupt or just not thinking correctly and allowing a player to deposit an assault rifle during a raid that would have been used as reasonable evidence to question the suspect (Vincent)

To explain what happens before the admin sit, we were shooting at Suburb House #10 for a raid. During this time, the Chief (@40K) and I see a person with a long trench coat run across the fence and over to Suburbs House #8. After a bit, we see a person running away from Suburbs House #8 and over to the park. After a bit of resisting arrest, we tase the suspect at the Suburbs House #2 (or the first house on left when coming from Super Market). I check their inventory and see a primary Assault Rifle. The admin (Max Deluca) then comes over and we argue for a bit, followed by taking Vincent on top of the house (#2) to an adminsit out of sight. When finished, Max brings Vincent back down and we argue a bit more by saying I wasn't going to arrest for "Suspicion to attack an officer", but rather detain. We argue more and then agree to let me check Vincent's inventory in which I no longer see the assault rifle. I thing start arguing that there is no way the assault rifle just disappeared while in the sit (This changes the RP situation because we no longer have "reasonable evidence" to question Vincent). We argue more and it ends with Vincent going away free.

The chief (@40K) brings up the point that Max and Vincent were both in the same organization though this doesn't seem to be the case in the video.

Here are the videos of what happens before the sit and after the sit (With time stamps included of the before shot of inventory and after along with chat logs)

(Before admin sit; Before a-sit inventory check at: 4:17 Row 4, Slot 6)

(After admin sit; After a-sit inventory check at: 1:50)

Just so you know, you need valid evidence to begin a police raid. Why would you detain him for suspicion and based on what grounds?

Yeah, what was the original reasoning for the raid?

@ItsTinyRick Please make a response to this post with your side of the story.

From the videos (assuming they had a good reason to raid) I see no wrong doing from the police. Shooting at him while unarmed was a simple mistake that can happen during a major gunfight, that's the risk you take when running around in the area. They stopped shooting as soon as they realized he was unarmed so no issue there.
They had all the right in the world to detain and search him since he did appear to be the man jumping over the fence and running away from the raid. Unless there are some details that are not shown in the video this looks fairly open and shut to me. A verdict will of course wait until @ItsTinyRick responds with his side.

Hi guys,

you all seem to be confused as to what I mean of a "raid". There was no bank raid or PD raid, I was told by the Chief (@40K ) that they had illegal items and started shooting at us. The raid definition would mean that we were going to go in and detain them, and remove all illegal items, though others have said the "raid" was actually one group raiding the Suburbs House #10 (Which doesn't seem right, I'm going with the first statement of illegal items)

Please also remember that this is just not about a false sit and false judgement, but the fact that a primary key component that would take the Suspect (Vincent) into custody "magically" disappeared from their inventory after being taken up into a sit with an admin, which in any case, no matter the circumstances, should be allowed as it interferes with RP and meant we no longer had "reasonable evidence" to detain Vincent. This is either because of Staff corruption (As I was told to let Vincent go, not just continue the RP as if there would have been any problem) or just again, false judgement.

I feel that whether this moderator is demoted or not, they must be retrained by a higher up on the right way to use judgement in a sit because as stated multiple times, removal of assault rifle during admin sit GREATLY changed the outcome of the detainment of the Suspect.

Oh we have not forgotten, don't worry. I'm simply waiting for @ItsTinyRick to respond to see what his side of the story is before I make any kind of decision.

I would like to give all of you guys my side of the story if I may, I was at another RP situation before all of this happened with 5 witnesses having me there. I pulled up to the house just before the other cops seen in the video did. As I entered the house, not knowing there was a shootout going on, I was shot in the back. Since I had the keys, and didn't feel like dying to a RP situation I wasn't even a part of I decided to run up the stairs, and go out the back. At this point I did not know there were cops at house #3 in sub-urbs, untill they started opening fire, at an unarmed civilian. I decided to run towards them to tell them there is a misunderstanding and that I wasn't a part of this, after which they started to shoot at me again. I was detained and he searched my inventory without my consent, going against RP since he only detained me, and wasn't arresting me as he was saying. I called an admin there as soon as I was being shot, since In my opinion it was attempted RDM. After I talked with max on the roof and explained my side of the story, he released me since he thought it wasn't a fair situation to me, since I had nothing to do with it. When he released me I banked my AK-74 I had on me from the previous RP situation, since I didn't feel like having an AK on me with cops around.

After all this I asked around the people who owned the house, and they stated it was a false raid, because someone was shot in front of the house, and the officers at the house at that time that were passing by assumed it was someone inside the house, and just opened fire, without actual evidence, they just returned fire.

As I tried to explain multiple times to you guys, Vincent had one big RP situation with the Whelson family for about an hour. When that was over, Vinvent decided to return to his home without knowing a raid was going on. Once you started shooting Vincent decided to leave since he didn't have a part in it. I agree vincent shouldn't have ran away when you came to him, but knowingly you shot him more than once and after that trying to taze him, I would've ran too. With that, you aren't allowed to search someone's inventory without his consent. From my perspective at the time, you just seemed like a couple of minges.

I pulled vincent out because after hearing te stories I thought you guys handled the whole situation wrong, talked to him and let him go. After I came back to and tried to explain to you why I let him go, but after Vincent came back to us (which he shouldn't, I agree) you just started arguïng with eachother and wouldn't listen to me anymore. The rest got out of hand really quickly and came to a point that I wasn't able to control anymore so I closed the sit and told you guys if you disagree you could take it to the forums so I can explain myself one more time.

At last, if what Vincent says is true, you didn't have a valid raid reason to even begin with. You don't just fire your way into a house when you feel like it, you're supposed to investigate. But that's just your word against the word of a whole gang.
