Reason for Report:There was a guy in bank that wasnt supposed to be there they said it on radio that we should get him out so I cuffed him and started dragging him to the front (no tazing no baton) and get demoted I told the admin that I was litterally told to do it and he just instantly demoted me without listening to my story at all.

I also wanna add that the guy I was arresting @nik melander also saw what happened on the situation so you can ask him too if you want. He said that he did hear he was banned and should be escorted out.

You were demoted by the Security Coordinator and myself, due to you and the other bank security being warned MANY times to stop minging, so when you had handcuffed someone without a reason, I brought you outside and you were demoted. @Simon Riley was the Coordinator at the time and the one who was helping demote the security guards who were minging. Even if you are told to do something, make sure it is from a higher rank (as I know the Coordinator didn't order you to cuff them) and make sure it follows the rules before you carry it out.

the firefighter that I cuffed was nik melander the guy I tagged. And just because the bank security are the same rank as me doesnt mean I cant work together with my colleagues I was just following orders if somebody is banned from the bank and I know that somebody is banned its my job as a bank security to escort them out I used no violence I was only dragging him out. + I tried to speak to you about it but you didnt listen at all you just instantly demoted me and put me back down while I was talking.

You were not told by me to cuff him, all I asked was please remove people from the bank who were wearing face coverings. I never told you to handcuff Nik Melander who was a firefighter at the time. You also baton'd people without asking them first, I don't see how this staff report is valid at all.

I never said you told me one of the other security did and I also got warned for the time when I removed the guy with the face covering. The guy I warned to leave and he "said I dare you to baton me" that guy I also got warned for that while it was an order. So I dont see how this is making any sense right now. I talked to nik melander before making the report and even he can confirm he heard one of the security guards say that.
