Time of Occurrence: ~1:24 PM EST
Evidence to support your claim: I was spinning out multiple times because of the length of the limo. Yes, I admit I was reckless driving at first, but I got used to it and was driving smoothly. After a minute or two of getting used to the limo, and driving smoothly, I get blacklisted. His evidence is "his eyes". I would like to see the evidence as he should be keeping evidence of people he punishes. If I were to get banned, and in my ban appeal he says his evidence for banning me was "his eyes", that's not sufficient. Here is the video fo me driving smoothly before being demoted. Again, the video was trimmed due to shadowplay's limit of time but I admit I was reckless driving at first before becoming used to it. He knows this as he was watching with "his eyes"

The only time I reckless drive is when I driving down the hill going to City Hall (1:34), which was because someone walked out and I was attempting to avoid them.

Second part: He is very un-staff like with his responses. Rather than responding in a professional manner (Which he should because he is the highest-ranking staff) he responds in a way in which he should be rebutting my points or saying "Ok, I'll be sure to respond" or even something like "Fine, I'll respond" would be good enough. Instead, he goes for these childish responses like "nice" and "neat"

We had received several reports about the driver of the mayors limo crashing into everything he sees. I went ahead and started spectating that limo - which was being driven by your secret service agent at that moment. I did not take any action yet but continued to observe it. After a bit you took over the driverseat and went straight to speeding though the city, hitting a couple cars, losing control of the limo, drifting and recklessly driving in general. The moment you pulled into the parking lot of the city hall I had enough and blacklisted you from driving for 24 hours.

Could've banned you in combination for being a minge but decided against that.

That doesn't explain the sarcastic and un-staff like responses. Even then, I improved my driving and that should of been noted. Also, what about your evidence. If I were to make a report about this on the forums it would be denied for lack of evidence. You don't have any evidence for this appeal yet you feel it is appropriate to respond without any, or even let me look at the evidence if there is anyway because you denied be access to responding to the evidence.

Nah, you didn't start improve your driving. If you did you wouldn't be blacklisted now. I responded the way I did because I couldn't care less if you have "video evidence" of your faildriving or not. I have seen it from my perspective and your recording will confirm what I've seen.

Staff members do not need evidence to take actions on members if they have seen it themselves.

But they need evidence for if the person in question makes a ban appeal or a report is made against them (like this) to prove their innocence. Right now there is nothing proving your innocence besides your position and words. As I said, I was reckless driving but improved and it is a clear show in the video provided. Please provide me with a timestamp in the video of which I am recklessly driving.

I previously stated it was shadowplay and the space left on my SSD. Even then, I admit to driving recklessly due to the length of the vehicle before getting used to it.

Based on the content and the responses of both sides, this staff report is being denied. There's absolutely no wrong-doing on Stuvi's side, you deserve the blacklist, if not even a ban would be appropiate in this situation as you admit to faildriving and so does it show in your video. I would also be careful with the way you are wording your report; not only does it sound highly inappropiate to ask "for someone to respond whom will not be told by him to deny this report" but it also sounds unprofessional. Furthermore, Stuvi's response does not sound immature or childish at all, this is how any of us would respond to someone claiming to report them. And to finish of, a staff member does not need to provide evidence, it would be recommendable to avoid any drama, but it is not a rule nor will it ever be. Along with this informarion I hope to inform you enough. Denied.
