As seen in the two videos, (LINK 1 here, LINK 2 here) I'm walking from the hospital back to PD when I see someone with a mask. I walk around the corner to go and confront him when without initiation or anything he flat out shoots and kills me.

Reason why there is 2 videos is because fraps cut out, each file was around 1 gb so it had to save space. nothing significant happened except that I walked into and down a few feet into the ally. if you're worried about tampering here is my fraps folder showing they're filmed side by side (the title of each footage is the time/date it was filmed)

In this video it shows me walking up to the swat officer with no gun in hand and no gun on my back. I proceed to take a glance to see if the man he is arresting is one of the people I am allied with. He then pulls out his gun for no reason I guess "fearing for his life" or something I then leave the area and I think everything is said and done but the problem arises when he comes back and I felt threatened by him walking towards me with gun in hand and that is when I decided to fire.
@whathe12 also said "I'm walking from the hospital back to PD when I see someone with a mask." Which makes it seem as if he had never had a confrontation or seen me before while clearly in my video he has. This is why I was surprised when he didn't show the whole video and decided to post my side of the story.

Just because an officer has a gun in a resting position isn’t a reason to kill them. I didn’t even aim it at you not get a chance to talk to you yet you kill me for no reason

I mean you walked towards in the first place with your gun out you could've said something then. But you proceeded to flank me and I felt threatened. You knew were I ran off to there was no need to try to get behind me just to "get a chance to talk".

Reported individual has been banned for two days for RDM. Stop being trigger happy - you had no reason at all to shoot at those officers. A arrest doesn't justify killing a officer.
