Situation is explained in intervals to help fully grasp the whole thing.
To summarize:
This group 3rd partied on a shootout while staff weren't on without being involved for a valid reason, after so they privately messaged me and spoke in ooc being toxic and prideful of the fact that indeed they won a couple of pistols in Garrys mod monolith. Saying things like "cope" and "you get no bitches" as well with no regards to sportsmanship. I am chilling in bank and one of them shoots me in the head dealing nearly all my health and runs. Police use the evidence left on scene with actual roleplay reasoning such as CCTV, forensics and such to track down the suspected shooters and quickly set up a drug bust raid operation with the county swat team on the house keeping the armed suspects. Once they were breached one retaliates and shoots so he's quickly put down, one runs to the bathtub to exploit and delay the drag after he was cuffed he continues to do so but is not shown in the clip yet his friend does the same as shown in the clip the whole way to PD, then that same one in the bathtub (Saul) disconnects as seen in the clip while the other respawns and breaks NLR, meanwhile they're meta gaming calling out as their one arrested friend is still dissing and threatening my gang leader against me because he's "friends" with him and abusing game mechanics to slow me done by doing things such as standing in turret spot or cutting the drag mechanic which is exploiting because I am trying to escort him and he is breaking my escort by holding on and using doors while cuffed, then they break out said friend without knowledge in roleplay and the cherry on top is they stabilize me and leave me in garage job abusing the hell out of the hospital which I had to wait the whole timer nearly.

To fully understand and grasp the situation it must start with the first situation..

Person who we had KOS on didn't get out and so we got into a gun fight with 2 pistols vs 1 rifle. These guys 3rd party after not taking damage from nobody involved while no staff were on and proceed to player disrespect in OOC and PMs after. I hope logs show this as it is extremely clear who is the victim and who is the aggressor here.

Saul disconnects while suho rambles. One friend respawns while the other reconnects as Frederick or Suho is exploiting the drag loopholes to delay for his buddies to come NLR and save him as he is most likely communicating on discord.

Here is his friend the same guy who died coming back to save him and then job abusing to stabilize me then leaves me hidden so I did have to wait the whole time.

First interaction: They were shooting through our fence at our house and hit one of our org mates with bullets, and so we found it necessary to get involved in the situation.

Second interaction: I don't know anything about this to my knowledge, I was in the house the whole time. I also wasn't the one PMing you and talking shit, It was my org mate talking shit, and to my knowledge, you were talking shit back. (via second interaction clip)

Third Interaction: They used their knowledge as a civilian to go become swat and used their truck to jump over the fence and raid us. After all these interactions, 2 swat officers were conveniently enlisted just before the raid, and I'm sure you can guess who it was, Lieutenant Wolf and his friend desert dan (via third interaction clip). They went and became swat officers with the intent to raid us since they knew we were based with guns. (From knowledge as civilians)

The "county swat team" made up of the 2 civilians just at the L2 bank? (via second interaction clip) And the "police" using the evidence to come bust our drug operation... There were only 2 police-related characters on, and it was 2 swat that JUST got enlisted... Im sure you can see my point. He went and became a swat because he knew there were people basing there. And on top of that, using his swat truck to boost over our fence.

15 people on, no police. You 2 become swat and within seconds run to our house and open fire without saying anything. Also your guys might be braindead, just because you lost me doesn't meant I ltarp'd, I hid behind the conveyer belt. You admitted to rdm'ing us for trolling you in ooc COPE

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion:

For the first interaction:

Looking at the logs bullets did infact go through the wall so it would be understandable if they came outside and became "involved" because of that.
Altough @LtWolf you shouldn't really be mugging/kidnapping someone infront of L2 bank considering it is a crowded/open area.

For the second Interaction:

It shows in the logs that you were shot by @Saulpallen as to the "valid" reason there is none.
Your video and logs also show the both of you PMing each other in a rather disrespectful way and this will be adressed at the end.

For the third interaction:

Logs show you (@LtWolf ) metagaming with someone to go police and spawn in pine county.

As for the "drag loophole", if you run as police you basically cut the connect yourself 9/10 times hence why he gets free all the time. True he shouldn't be using doors when cuffed but to assume he is waiting for his buddies to nlr is just a "guess" and not a fact.

For the fourth interaction:

Player Devy (the unkown reported player) did infact respawn and come straight over to PD to break him out + job abused to become medic and to stabilize you.

Summary:

Let us start with player @suho :

Looking at the evidence provided I only found that player @suho "closed doors while cuffed/get himself stuck to break the drag mechanism". Other than that I did not find anything.

Looking at the evidence I found that he shot you for no "valid" reason while in bank and Used PMs in an inappropriate manner. Other than that I found no faults while looking at the videos/logs.

Looking at the logs and the videos I found that he mainly was present in the last interaction and that he broke NLR to break out his ally + switched his job to stabilize you.

You yourself are not excused for the rulebreaks that happend. You also broke a few such as the Metagaming through PMs, inappropriate PMs with saulpallen and the mugging/kidnapping infront of L2 Bank.
