i didnt mean to vdm him i have 250 ping plus most times this along side the server lag constantly and somtimes this happens not mucj u can do cant lie

Good Afternoon,

Following review, I have come to the following conclusion:

Despite an audio and visual cue that you may have missed in the moment, you walked into the road and into the path of the car. As this was beyond Fridge's control, it is unfair to punish him for such. The evidence is not sufficient enough to show intent.
This is further corroborated by the fact that towards the end of the clip, you can hear the skyline reversing which indicates that he may be attempting to RP it out as is preferred in these situations, though such a theory cannot be proven as the video is cut beyond this point.

The video you provided does not show that this was an intentional or malicious act, and it is hardly far-fetched to assume that ping was indeed the culprit in this situation.
Watching the video repeatedly shows that the vehicle started turning before hitting you, which further reinforces this.


SUMMARY:

Ultimately, there is insufficient evidence to punish for VDM as you were:

  • In the road
  • Walking further into the cars' path
  • Not paying attention to the situation around you.
These reasons label this as a traffic accident rather than a rulebreak, and is an IC police matter as opposed to an OOC matter.
