this is blatant metagaming you can't hear the noise of a radio if they were to be using one in the beginning nor the end "guns out guns out its a raid" can be heard at 0:05
more evidence https://gyazo.com/a04f890941cf69a1a76a11c9e04ece69 me and craig tested this out if he was using a radio then the radio icon would pop up not the talking icon
and for the excuse "he might be using speakers and someone ingame might be near him saying that" you can see in the video no one was in talking range of him but us
