Here is a step by step breakdown:

1. Playing as Police Seargant
2. Gets notified of a theft of a radio
3. Reporting party spots thief and leads me to Real Estate
4. I walk into real estate unarmed to launch an investigation into the theft
5. Reporting party runs out and Natan immediately opens fire on me
6. I try to scramble away, not FearRP as he had shot me at that point and I have to run for my safety
7. Forced to put hands up, he shoots my tires out and runs

IN ADMIN SIT:

• Natan claims the Reporting Party yelled that there was a gun involved
• Natan claims he thought I had a gun out, which I quite obviously did not
• Natan says I ran in there to arrest him and search him, two actions which would have violated the rules as there was no probable cause
• @Liasetten I believe, told me I could make a report on the forums

Additional members involved/witnessing: Abel Wallace (Cadet), Juanita Rodriguez (RP)

Overall this really disappointed me as I had to leave, and I wanted to finish my day on Monolith off with a realistic and in depth investigation, the shooting ruined my RP and overall, it wasn't any fun for me.

So the rules which I can see in this which has been broken is

1. Gun out in front of NPC. I would like @Natann to please explain to me why he did this.
2. Attempted RDM, You shouldn't of have been shot as you was unarmed, It's quite clear that it's attempted RDM.

I would like Natan to respond to this within the next 24 hours or else he will be banned for a good amount of time

I can't recall talking to you @Ali , but as Smalley here said he could have broken some rules. If you (the cops) were looking for him for something he had already done (If per-say he had shot someone), then I can understand why he started to shoot at you, but we will have to wait for his response, before any action is taken. @Natann

I have shot a police officer 5 minutes before that situation and i have stold some guys radio and i thought the police officer was going to shoot me..

17 minutes had passed, not 5. Using this as an excuse to gun down an officer is not acceptable. You need to stop being so trigger happy and start respecting the gameplay of your fellow community members.

Natan- Looking through the logs Natan you've lied about killing before the whole situation happened. As well looking through your history on the server there is not much point giving you a warning point seeing as though nothing is clearly getting through to you. I will be giving you a 2 day ban and I will also be giving you a probation for 2 weeks after your ban is expired. If you manage to break any rules regardless of what rule is broken you will be receiving a month ban.

AliHashBrown- You will be receiving a verbal warning on this seeing as though in the video it clearly shows you've broken character. If anything like this is to be seen again then there will be consequences. If someone breaks rules then make a report. Do not break character and we will respond to it after the RP situation has been dealt with.
