Reason for Report: Was banned for breaking mug timer after mugging a car that arrived as reinforcements for the people we were currently mugging. (with a corrupt secret service job abusing) they also broke fearRP and vdmed. In the video you even hear the person recording call for backup, and the owners of the car i was banned for mugging respond to tell them they are on the way. i was banned for 12 hours with 1 warning point. My org member was banned for 24h, and the other was given a single warning point. The car pulling up at the end of the video is the one i was banned for.

this is a quote from wright explaining in my ban appeal that the people who entered the situation were not involved, but in the video shown above you can clearly hear and see them being called in. They responded to the situation and entered because of the callout an org member gave, we could have killed him there on the spot, but instead of waiting for video wright decided to pass judgement on a situation he had no evidence of. He also failed to acknowledge or bring other members of our party into the sit, instead bringing an SA to just explain the rules, and then having said SA admit he was never involved in this situation, and is just quoting rules.

That was me. Not Jim Peckins, before I got mugged, which was the third one you guys did on us at the SAME time.

Hello Bokeltor,

I'd like to address this before I continue:

I did not personally call the SA into the sit, he approached it himself as he was spectating and dropped down to explain the rules. That was his choice.

Now, as seen when the video starts, you are already mugging a person(s). This puts your mug timer into effect, but when the purple vehicle approaches, you and your party immediately put him at gunpoint (did not give him enough time to respond to your demands), ordered him out of his vehicle, and then later on mugged him. This puts you at two muggings.

At the end of the video, another vehicle pulls up. This vehicle pulls up with no knowledge of what is going on and even attempts to turn around and flee, yet you and your party approach him, order him out of his vehicle, and then later mug him. This puts you at three muggings. These are only the muggings that the video shows. Off-video, you mug four to five people at the same location even though they all arrived at different times.

I explained this very thoroughly to you in-game and I asked you if you understood the rule violation. I do not feel I handled this sit incorrectly and I was very clear with all of you throughout the sit. I listened to both parties involved and I determined punishments based on what you yourself told me. You said you mugged these people but could not justify it and acted as if you were unaware of the rule. During that time, a Senior Administrator dropped down and explained it even further to all four/five of you.

As I said in game, I welcome you to dispute the punishment but I just don't see where I handled anything incorrectly. Additionally, you had priors for breaking the mug timer rule which is why you were banned for twelve hours. As for your other party members, they were punished accordingly based on their record and actions.

That's all I'll say on this situation and I'll allow management to handle it from this point. Thanks.

EDIT: I'd like to note that the video that you've posted is a video from @Bepsi's (being mugged) viewpoint, not your viewpoint. Just for clarification.

Regardless of their involvement in the situation, you cannot break mug timer. If you start mugging someone or a group, you cannot mug anyone else from that point on, until your mugging cooldown is no longer in effect.

wright decided to pass judgement on a situation he had no evidence of.

I listened to both parties involved and I determined punishments based on what you yourself told me. You said you mugged these people but could not justify it and acted as if you were unaware of the rule.

Based on the evidence provided and both statements, the people who were mugging the first person in the video broke mug timer and they were punished, according to their past offences, by wright. I do not see how wright handled this situation incorrectly.
