Reason for Report: reason why i am reporting this staff member is because he gave me a 3 day ban for rdm he says that people ramming my car is allowed [because it doesn't show in his logs] and i am NOT allowed to shoot them so what happened was earlier on down main street two ups drivers kept ramming my blue bmw then they saw my car on the corner near the casino as i was pulled over by the police and the cop got out his car and i was pulled over the the side of the road had two wheel on the pavement and then the cop was standing near my window[drivers side] speaking to me then i saw the two ups trucks again come speeding down main street and jump the red light and ram me again what called the cop to die and them hitting my car up the wall flipping so i got out and pulled my gun and said i have had it and started shooting them and in the admin sit they said they was just rdmed and the admin then believe them all because it never showed in they logs that they damaged me and in his logs it showed they killed a cop and the admin even got the cop and the cop told him he was killed by them and he still let them go and done nothing about it

i personal thing from the start of the sit he was on there side straight away and never even wanted to hear my side because of my history what is years ago

so you were claiming that were damaging you and your property for a while, however, logs did not show any damage towards you or them until the incident that in involved them getting killed, you killed the two ups, drivers, because they accidentally killed a cop, you were not a cop and in no way shape or form affiliated with the cop so, therefore, you were not involved.

you claim that they were ramming you at the casino (where this all took place) however logs shows that you were shooting them before they hit you in which they claimed self-defence as you were shooting them.

you claim at the bottom of your report that I was on there side the entire time due to your history, however, I never looked at your history until I needed to decide on a punishment.

I believed I handled the sit to a professional matter gathering all the witnesses up in separate areas soi could gather a clear image of what happened, all the witnesses explained what happened and they all matched up with what I could see in logs.

I am also going to add @Canadian Knight into this section because he witnessed this next situation,

once I informed you on the punishment you then decided to tell me that you were going to take the evidence to the forums despite me asking numerous times if I could see a video. I asked if I could then see the evidence that if I did see it and it turned out that the ups drivers were in a wrong they would be getting punished, however you refused to show me and said you would rather take it to the forums because I needed to be punished.

At this point, @Canadian Knight stepped into to try and help out with the situation however you still refused to state multiple times that you won't hand over your evidence and that you will take it to the forums to get me punished to the punishment I handed you. you were very rude to me as a staff member stating that you're going to get me punished, I needed re-training and that I am the reason that monolith is going downhill.

I only witnessed and talked in the latter part of the sit, when you started making accusations about Rusty and told him that he needed to be re-trained, that Monolith was going downhill, and that you were going to make a staff report against him. During this time, you repeatedly refused to show video that you claimed would've exonerated you of the entire affair (video which, by the way, still has not been posted). Your reasons for refusal were numerous and shifting - you said that the video would take too long to upload, then that you didn't have time to share it over Discord, and finally that you wanted to use the video to get Rusty punished in a staff report. Rusty and I told you that you could always file a staff report, even with the video absolving you , if you felt like the sit was handled unprofessionally or recklessly. During the entire period I interacted with you, trying to de-escalate, you were very agitated, combative, and insulting towards Rusty and Monolith as a whole. At no point in the aforementioned part of the conversation did you present the evidence that you felt could get you off the hook. Because of a preponderance of evidence against you (and because you couldn't/wouldn't share video to the contrary), Rusty based his decision, professionally and calmly, on the evidence he gathered against you at the time.

Keep in mind that you must be respectful in sits, at all times. I'm sure you do not like staff members to be disrespectful to you either, so please be nice and respectful. Should you find a problem with how the staff member dealt with a sit, or his behavior in general, you may report him/her, as you did now.

Being rude and disrespectful towards a staff member will result in a punishment, as it did in this case. I do not tolerate you act like that.

If the staff member in the sit was requesting evidence, and you had such evidence, you should have uploaded them, for him to see. He would not be asking for evidence randomly, as it takes more time to analyze it and extends the sit aswell. Saying you would only upload it to get him punished is unacceptable.

According to Rusty, the logs showed that they did no damage to you and therefore, the logs were backing up the report author's claims. Since you had a video that could prove that you were telling the truth and they were lying, you should have uploaded it. Feel free to upload it if you want. Do note, however, the ban will stay, due to the staff disrespect.
Furthermore, you have priors on this so this will be your final warning. Start being respectful, regardless of your opinion on the staff member's decision. You are always able to report them for misconduct.
