My bad, I thought you called 911 since we didn't know there was still people in the house, and I wasn't introduced so I would automatically think it was you in RP. We thought there was no people in the house until we exited and they started shooting us. Based on the evidence presented in the report and the statement of the reported player I have found you are in violation of the following server rules:

• 2.2.1 - You may not kill or knock out players without a valid In-Character reason.
• 2.2.4 - Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.
• 2.2.6 - Surrendered parties (in a Raid, Mugging, Kidnapping and/or Robbery) may not be killed unless they are actively resisting, not valuing their life, threatening to kill or snitch on you, yelling for help or the Law Enforcement fail to fulfil requested demands.
• 2.3.1 - Metagaming is not allowed. Any kind of information you gain via OOC may not be used IC. Any IC information may not be provided in OOC.

As a user ( @KyZac21 ) you may not use the OOC chatbox for in-character information, as presented in the video evidence the text is displayed in the chatbox and should not be used for in-character, the 911 system message that shows up on the user's body (in-the-middle) can be used in-character to say they are using the 911 system, chatbox doesn't include. In addition, based off wrong judgement you decided to kill the user despite it clearly not stating they called 911 via their character, users cannot make 911 calls whilst in surrender.

Based on your previous history I am surprised you are unaware of this and you clearly are fond of using your weapon as a first resort then last and therefore based on this you will be receiving the following punishment:

• Removal of items: Kevlar & Helmet x1, MR96 x1
• Random Death Match: Two Day Weapons Blacklist
• Metagaming: Two Warning Points

I can understand you may have made a mistake in regards to this situation but you are clearly not paying attention nor understood our server rules and as a player who has been on the server for a while you are expected to know the server rules, in addition your punishment history isn't good and stricter punishment must be issued. You may appeal the punishments issued to you, please make sure to read the server rules and pay better attention as this is not your first offence.

@John Leonard - You may make a refund for the following items;

• Kevlar & Helmet x1
• MR96 x1
