(I crashed during the first report which was taken 3 mins after the situation occured, and the logs during the second sit weren't working, said the last time I died was two days ago)

@Ruby da Cherry I have been messaged by @twofone and he explained to me that his reason to kill you was because you called him out over the radio to your friends.

As per rule 2.2.7:

During a PvP situation, such as muggings and raids etc, you may not kill surrendered parties simply for speaking a few words, unless they are actively yelling for help, trying to attract attention, insulting or threatening you (refer to rules 2.2.2 and 2.2.4).

2.2.4:

Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

Now you may not have actually surrendered (by F2/ raising your hands) but you did however acknowledge his threat and still decided to ask your friends for assistance over the radio. Because of this @twofone knew he was going to be in danger as you called for help and as such had a reason to kill.

Summary: You were killed for calling for back up after being threatened.
