What happened: I lost everything in my bank vault including all items and most of the money I had in there.

How much do you need refunded: Everything in my bank vault and around 17k

P.S It says that I have 11k in the vault in the before picture, but I had 17k. The screenshot was taken before I had the 17k in there.
