Request Reason: broke raid timer attempting to raid by lockpicking my door after raiding the base across from me, then leaving and coming back to lockpick all my doors in a ten minute timespan. The guy in the clip admits to raiding the base across from mine and that it isn't breaking raid timer because the person wasn't my buddy

Glendal has the clip of them lock picking into my base after raiding the base across from me, but logs can confirm as well

we raided some one near @Kaizen
when escaping we asked if they were friends this person said no, therefore @Kaizen did not have any involvement in the first raid we came maybe 15 min later to raid @Kaizen

This doesn't justify breaking the cooldown for raiding.

1. You may only perform one raid (this counts for both ownable, un-ownable and goverment/public buildings), a hostage/kidnapping situation, or both situations simultaneously, per hour. This counts for both successful and unsuccessful situations. Survivors of a raid may ignore the “raid cool-down” if they decide to free crew members from police custody or retrieve lost gear from the Police Department.

By raiding him within the timespan of one hour, regardless of involvement to another raid, means you violated the cooldown to raid.

For that all members involved (The ones getting reported) will receive 1 WP for Breaking Raid Timer.
