This might be unpopular opinion, but I think the players on the server should be treated/respected as customers by admins since we are paying for premium and providing the traffic that makes the money.

I didn’t say that, every player should equally be treated as customers because they all contribute to the earnings of this server(premium do contribute monetarily more, but there seems to be a lack of respect just overall with all players by some admins)

I’m completely agree-without the players there is no monolith. I have seen so many servers go down because the staff treated the players like shit. Thankfully most of the staff do treat others nicely but there are some that don’t. Burnt ur point is good all should be treated equally- like when a staff member treats me like shit I’m thinking that that attitude would make most people want to quit- a name(less) admin Just told me in a sit that we wasted his time- it’s like bruh this is how you treat the people that keep the server alive

We treat everyone the same, with respect. Just because you are premium that doesn't mean we will give you more lenient punishments.

I agree with Mr.Alex. All staff should treat all players with the same respect regardless of their purchasing premium or not. It is ultimately your decision to buy premium, no one is attempting to sell it to you. Special treatment isn't listed under premium benefits.

I think that I understood what the creator of this thread meant, I think he refers to a polite way of dealing with players, especially in sits.
In my experience, there were few situations that I felt that some staff was not polite, these situations because they have a negative impact on us, make us remember the negative points more than the positive ones. In other words, we tend to disregard the several other times that we think that the staffs were friendly and polite because of those only bad situations that we feel unhappy about.
But the fact is that (imo of course) the staffs in overall are polite an try to help u, you just dont need to act as an asshole, nobody is made from iron. nothing and no one is perfect, maybe the person that made you write this thread was just facing a bad day, that of course its not an excuse to vent their frustration on someone, but it is still impossible that it does not affect his actions and possibly it would make that person being rude with someone else . Just keep going, avoid taking things personal, or it will only make you more susceptible to making mistakes against that person. and of course, enjoy the server!

All of our staff members handle their duties professionally. In the case that they do not or they abuse their administrative powers, then you make a staff report on that member with valid evidence.

You have not provided any evidence to your claims, so please be respectful to us instead of slandering the entire team. We are a group of volunteers dedicated to helping our players have an enjoyable experience, so it is the least you can do to show your appreciation.
