Date and time of loss: The day of the rollback.
What happened: I was mining a lot of the day and I lost all my ores and my mining levels.

What do you need refunded: 16 stacks of iron, 16 stacks of copper, 12 stacks of coals and Im not sure at least 15 mining levels.
Evidence: I was mining for a decent portion of the day. Im sure some people know about it.
