What happened: stewart sold me a witch hat that was suppose to have the green effect on it but he ends up giving me the normal one instead. but he gambles the money i gave him on the roulette table before i was able to get it back and asked for it. ben and stewert can both confirm this happened

What do you need refunded: 100k cash

Just so that I can understand the details, are you asking for a refund for money that you gave to someone in return of a cosmetic item? After they gambled the money that was in their possession, it was too late for you to ask for the money back?

tbh with u i asked him multiple times but im pretty sure he already placed half of it on the table cause he replied with "i already placed it on the roulette table". i ran in there and immediately start telling him it wasn't the green one even though he stated that it was in the ad. ban also asked him if he knew and he said it was a misunderstanding and he didn't realise apparently.

plus ben told me to give that hat back to Stewart so i can get my money back in this rr

I Can Confirm that the amount of 100k was traded to Stewart for a hat that wasn't the one advertised. Due to this and the money having already been gambled away I told Anthony to trade the hat back to Stewart and make an rr for a refund.
So, in conclusion, I can confirm this did happen and that the money couldn't be retrieved.

After consulting with my colleagues about this situation, it is my understanding that you were scammed and that the situation was handled in-game by a staff member. The money traded to the player had been lost at the casino from gambling, meaning that your funds were not accessible by any means.
