What happened: Got VDM'd , he then looted me, and as he was getting shot at by my radio member he DC'd then @Infinity said he combat depo'd the items after re-connecting and immediately left again.

What do you need refunded: x1 Scar-H,1xKev and helm, 5xSmall medkits

I can confirm he was VDM'ed the Player Left the sever to avoid RP then rejoined to combat Depo'ed. The player who vdm'ed him has been issued a ban for VDM LTARP and Combat depo.
