Hello, I can confirm @uiceheid was combat tased during a shootout which resulted in his death. The weapon (and lockpick) was confiscated, and the user was not able to retrieve it back from the evidence locker due to him fully dying. As for the Kevlar and helmet, your friend had taken that off your body.

Confirmed items that should be refunded:

- 1x Tundra 9mm attachment
- 1x Lockpick
