I can confirm everything lost in this situation as well as the situation itself.

The reported party was killed by them and four minutes later (almost immediately after spawning) came back and killed them, took their stuff as well as left 30 seconds after killing them and taking their stuff. The items now are going to be removed on the reported party's return and as such I gave the all clear to make a refund request.
