I can confirm.

I talked to police, and saw video evidence that all shows @sparrow was falsely shot by police during a police raid on a building. At no point did @sparrow leave his vehicle or pose a threat to police. Police shot him as he drove away from the scene at a slow speed.

The items claimed are correct.
