The minge was banned for LTAP and MVDM in front of townhall. He had placed his items in the trunk of his vehicle and I had deleted it to minimize damage. When I deleted it I didnt realize that he still had his items in the trunk. I checked logs, everything checks out. 4x16 coca leaves is what needs to be refunded.
