I can confirm that @wiz should be due to receive one Scar-H, one lockpick, one kevlar & helmet, one small medkit, and one ziptie.

The use of a tazer during a PD raid on wiz resulted in his subsequent death and later confiscation of his items. I believe that all of these items should be afforded to wiz to compensate for the officer's actions (dealt with).
