What happened: I got finished while stabalised and @Shimax said if I raid pd successfully I can get it back

I can CONFIRM ONLY the M4 Carbine. I can't confirm the reflex sight.

Situation:

He was finished off while stabilized, as the cops tried to search his body and I told him that in order to qualify for a refund, he must raid PD, get to the evidence locker and get out within one hour. This was successful except he died at the very end yet his team members survived. As Max died at the entrance, his team were able to "salvage" the hypothetical M4. I asked gm1003, a member of the team, if he had salvaged it, if he would have returned it. The answer was yes, so I allowed him to make the refund.
