In the video from the link above, the guy with the MP9 that killed MRC, that got banned and blacklisted, in the report above, was my MP9. He picked it up off my body and used it himself. The same guy beforehand, used a pistol (I believe a Makarov, to kill me, to take my MP9 and use it after I killed his friend.) Logs I assume would show him picking up my [Kevlar & Helmet and MP9] Off my body.

What do you need refunded: 1x MP9, 1x Kevlar and Helmet

Hey @xWaller ,

In regards to your Refund Request from a Player Report being accepted that I dealt with.

Apologies if you misunderstood the conclusion of the report; due to sufficient evidence for MRC's Random Death Match (RDM) only his items were authorised to be refunded if a request was made. Whereas the rest of the situation wasn't dealt with as no evidence was provided to prove any other rule violations took place (mugging in public/other RDM's).

Therefore, I cannot confirm this refund request.
