What happened: I instantly died unrealistically. I made a report asking what killed me and Balldrip said this:

No one heard any explosive sound.

What do you need refunded: LR-300 (Attachments: EoTech 552, Foregrip) You can see both attachments in the video.

I told Quantum to make a refund request because he made a report in game asking to what he died to, and then he showed me the video. In the video it wasn't clear to me as to what he died to, due to the fact his death was instant, with no explosion of a GL. It might have just been his game maybe not registering the GL explosion or not registering the noise, so that is why I directed him here. If this gets accepted he will need the items below refunded:
  • x1 LR-300
  • x1 EoTech 552
  • x1 Foregrip

It appears that the individual you were shooting at (the one on the stair case) retreated briefly after you exchanged gun fire, you were shot twice in the leg for a total of 41 damage, and a subsequent Grenade Launcher blast which is what killed you. It seems like your sound was cutting off while firing the LR-300 as well, which is probably why you didn't hear the GL / see a blast. However, I was able to confirm that this player had a SCAR-H and a M203 GL attachment (purchased 14 minutes before you died) which would explain how you died. Hopefully this clears up confusion on this matter, and as a result this request is denied. If you find any issues with this ruling, please contact a Server Director or a member of the Community Management team.
