I can confirm that, as mentioned in the linked PR-The situation was voided due to an invalid KOS due to the player having already died (As well as a combat log on the killers part). I can confirm the player lost:

• H&K UMP .45
• One Electric Stove
• One Lockpick
• $604 in hospital fees

Those items are already scheduled for removal.
