Evidence: I was raided and killed without any initiation. The raider just ran into the apartment and started shooting at me while I was standing there. I don't have video but I was in a sit and got him to verbally admit the rdm to @Ber506. The items couldn't be retrieved in game because his friend that took the stuff was no longer online.

The individual that raided me in this situation massed in bank about 2 hours after this event and was banned for being an alt account. Thought this information may also be useful.
