Hello, Hyper was shot dead by a cop while handcuffed and posing no danger to the police, he needs to be refunded:

M4 Carbine (x1), Lockpick (x1), Kevlar and Helmet (x1), First Aid (S) (x1)

The items were confiscated out of Hyper's inventory and lost due to him respawning. the kevlar and helmet and the first aid kit were picked up by a officer and destroyed. He later raided the PD successfully after a sit but could not retrieve any items from the locker.
