Hello, I can confirm the Doom Guy needs to be refunded Hardened drill (x1). He thought that the required cops needed to start a cargo ship heist was 5-6 as it used to be on southside, however he (or me) was not aware of the change back to the old system and in turn couldn't start the heist or retrieve his drill. The drill was deleted.
