Date and time of loss: 20 EET
What happened: There was a Penthouse raid by the police , theyre evidence was a flask on the road next to penthouse . During the Raid officer got combat healed (let me mention that the start of the raid was watched by an admin) , when the medics got warnings about combat healing they left , we killed 2 rows of swats , at that time we were tracking kills and who we killed , We killed 8 Swat officers in total , witch is strange cuz at that time being there was only 3 of them . After the admin went away , and PMX was afk (i dont blame him man gotta eat) during mid raid when i called him the medics were called back by police officers and so they were combat healing again. We tried pushing down but we saw no hope as they were camping in the corners and would just not let us out (the whole raid was for like 40minutes). At the end of the Raid they pushed us and killed us (one escaped) , they minged Tvs , fridges and secondarys ,(there was no destroying) , the whole raid was done wihout An Emergency state (the mayor was On at that time so was the Chief), after the raid , we called Melody . During the sit there was a Pd raid , and the same medics were combat healing again , When melody sort it all out we began the sit . Most of the police force disconected by that time , but there was some left . The swat officer who was carrying a shield durring all the raid stated that he died only , tho was wandering around penthouse fort the next 8minutes (showed by melodys logs). There was a cadet (Communist_Gopnik) , he told us that the whole raid was a meme , and the chief who had the evidence left before raid . Melody told us he cant do anything without a video recording , so we ended the sit. After The sit we decided to do a PD raid , while we were doing a sit there was a group of friends who was doing Pd raid , tho they got nothing out of it , the locker was empty (the PD raid was right after the Penthouse Raid) , we thought that the items needs to be retrieved by the original its holder(Holding it in the inventory till your dead) so we did it this time , again it was empty.
What do you need refunded: m3 super shotgun , 1 mini fridge , 54 LSD , 1 Premium Tv , 1 Kevlar ,
Evidence: @friskiemar was watching the start of the raid and can vouch for the combat healing, i feel like melody can confirm the suspicious Swat resigning (wandering around 8 minutes straight) @MelodyRain , And logs can show about minged pistols with fridges and Tvs

I as well as @PMX were present during the raid. PMX had to go afk for whatever reason, combat healing was taking place, I tried my best to move them out of the way. As for refunding, I later contacted him and told him that if he had died and the police confiscate anything then it does not go to the evidence locker. However, due to the nature of the raid (combat healing) I was unsure as to whether it would be void or not. I had left that to PMX to decide but I had not realized he had gone AFK.

We are only permitted to issue refunds in the occasion of server side issues or a rule break that has been confirmed by a staff member leading to a situation being officially voided. We also require evidence of some kind to confirm that you actually had these items and that they were lost unfairly in one of the two ways listed above.

Note: There are a few things I want to point out in this situation, and give my opinion on at least. In regards to the locker itself, once you go fully deceased you are not allowed to raid the pd for your items out of the locker as nlr would set in and you would not know they would be in there. Additionally in regards to the actual game mode, upon being deceased any items confiscated from you directly are not obtainable from the locker any more due to you dying and them being removed from the locker. Now in regards to the Emergency State thing, Emergency State does not have to be on for both raids to happen and SWAT to be online, it just gives SWAT expanded powers to a small degree. The last thing im going to address is the sit regarding this situation from what you said. You said that the sit was ended due to lack of evidence which means that the actual raid must not have been voided from what I can tell which makes the raid valid from a rule break perspective in this occasion. That means your death in this situation in regards to the judgement made by the staff member is a valid in character death. I will however say that the combat healing that took place is a rule break and I assume the staff members in game dealt with it to some degree as friskie said. This is my thought process in regards to what you said here, and what was confirmed by friskie above. The main thing of note being that due to no rule break taking place that directly led to the loss of the items (other than the combat healing which was seemingly dealt with), a refund is not able to be issued for these items as they were lost in a raid which was not voided or listed directly as a rule break.
