A new rule needs to be added for Police, that if EMS is on/Or they have CPR kits they must revive a suspect if it in the critical condition. TOO many times i get killed by police and theres maybe 8 of them and they wont even try to revive you when you have your stuff that you could raid PD back for but instead leave you to die knowing that its fine and not against the rules. some exceptions can be during REALLY hot times like gunfights or raids but after the raid just leaving there body at bank, Jewl or gas not letting them get back there stuff shouldnt be allowed

How are you supposed to enforce this if you don't know all the cops at the scene and there's a ton of them? Does every cop have to check everybody's pulse just to make sure? What if there's still a fight going on, or another fight breaks out elsewhere and they need to leave?
Maybe instead police can get payment or XP for successfully CPRing somebody to incentivize it.

Hello,

This cannot be enforced, as there are many cases where a person is unable to revive you due to reasons out of their control. Therefore, the rule will not be added.
