This guy randomly gets involved with an active crime im dealing with, handcuffs me without any warning that i noticed, then soon after demotes me, when the suspect could of shot us both in the head, this guy is very dumb to act such way, and then demote me on top of that? What a joke.

@KuroShukun Hello! thank you for your report! To start do you have any video evidence? As this kind of situation calls for it. Yes we can tell that he handcuffed you from logs but we cannot tell why or if there is a reason.

Furthermore I would like @runner11 side of the story on this matter.

i watched this happened i was the suspect he didnt do anything and was just demoted by runner then put him in handcuffs

This situation was voided in game by @Darkzy, during a sit. BUT here is my side
I witnessed Captain Kuro handcuff a citizen that was doing nothing wrong and then un cuff him and chase him with a baton. They were in front of bank and we had a suspect in cuffs at the beach area across. I cuffed Kuro as to stop the situation as he was not going to calm down and dragged him to the area with the other cops and then uncuffed him. I then told the Chief on duty that he had a captain acting wreck less and if he would do something about it. The chief replied with if you witness bad behavior feel free to demote him as I had the authority.
