NOTE: rxsm is banned on the forums so cannot post his ban appeal. So I am posting it through my own account. This is all rxsm, just posted here.

Ban Reason: NLR
Unban Reason: I went back to the situation, way more than 15 minutes after I had died, but thats not the point. i didnt even goto my point of death. I was clearly walking towards Sugar Co. this guy from a situation BEFORE I previously died decided to come back and try to run me over with his vehicle, so I pulled out my gun as a threat for him to leave the situation, however he decided to keep trying to hit me so I shot him, and then killed him, I then was shot from behind and I got banned. I believe I should be unbanned as I was not the one to initiate the NLR, I would kill him then lose my SCAR-H due to VDM due to previous experiences. I understand that the warning point prior to the ban was fair, yes I did infact NLR however the ban I received for NLRing again, that was not the case.

If you die, you may not return to where you died as you must wait at least 10 minutes before returning (NLR).
If the situation that killed you is still ongoing after 10 minutes, you may not return.

Next time rxsm can appeal his own ban when his forum ban expires. That's a consequence for his wrongdoings in the past here. He hasn't changed one single bit since his previous major ban.
